RETURNS POLICY.
We hope you enjoy your purchase from Lilyfield Lane.
 If a product is unsuitable, please return it to us with postage paid , in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.

Return for replacment, exchange .
We will contact you with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition (unused and unsoiled) with tags attached with all packaging material, mamuals and registration cards. Please ensure that returned  products are packaged with care, so that they are in suitable condition to be resold.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return. refund or replacement.
